My all time favorite restaurant!! Everything is so delicious and fresh! The appetizers, pasta, main courses, desserts are all prepared with perfection! The tiramisu is the absolute best, I love the raspberry and chocolate together! This is my third time here and it won't be my last! The staff is so helpful, friendly and accommodating! Wonderful dining experience in the heart of Florence
Great time in Florence. The owner is wonderful, greeting everyone with a laugh and a joke, giving recommendations and stopping back to check in. You must have a reservation as it is highly popular. Service and food were excellent. We started with the beef carpaccio. Very thin slices with arugula and parmesan. My husband had the veal chop. It’s a fairly large chop, you could share (he didn’t!) and came perfectly medium rare. I had the pasta with boar ragu, one of the best I have had. Dessert was profiteroles which were also delicious. Great value for the quality.

This was our favorite restaurant throughout our Italian honeymoon! The vibe was great! You have to go in person for a reservation and there aren't many tables but it's so worth it! The food was incredible and the service was warm and welcoming. Not to mention a great location for lunch near all the landmarks!
One of our favorite meals on the trip
This was one of our favorite meals on the trip - excellent meal and service. I am glad that my wife and I had reservations. Our reservation was for 9pm and there were many others at the door trying to get a seat. Many of them ended up coming back at 11pm for a meal. They had a lot of wine choices, but we tried 3 of their house options, a Chianti, a vino Montalcino and a reserve Montalcino. We liked the vino the best. To start, we enjoyed one of the best bruschetta’s we’ve ever had. In true Italian fashion, the bread was soaked with olive oil – just delicious. My wife had a tomato sauce-based fettuccine with mozzarella cheese that she loved. I had lamb chops. They were grilled perfectly and accompanied by some tasty herbed potatoes – wonderful. We had a light, raspberry tiramisu for dessert – yummy and unique. It is a very small restaurant with 6 or 7 tables. We did not have to share a table, but if you are a couple, you may need to share.

We typically spend a couple of months in the Spring and go for lunch every week. Delicious food worth having over and over. And so many options that even weekly it's difficult to choose! Tommaso and his family, and staff are a joy. It's always full. Make reservations. And tell them "Nancy Sinatra"!sent you (their nickname for me ).
10/10 food and hospitality
Amazing food and even better hospitality. The level of customer service this venue delivers is over and above anything I’ve experienced in Italy. Highly recommend!!

Very good place within amazing traditional food and very good service.. highly recommended You must book a table there they are always full
Unimpressive - bad service
Food came out at different times (two meals came out when the rest of the group of 7 was done their meals). When we inquired about the food, the server was frustrated and threw her hands up in the air claiming “it’s coming” - as in “what do you want me to do” . Server seemed frustrated. When we made requests for items, they said yes but didn’t bring it out. The food was only okay, portions were small and unimpressive compared to other restaurants in Florence

One of the best meals me and my boyfriend have ever had! We went in at lunch to ask for a table for the evening, which they didn’t have but recommended we came at 7:15 to check for a table in case there were no shows. We went back and they remembered us and welcomed us, they were so friendly!! They took care of us all night, making jokes with us and asking about us, it was amazing. The food was INCREDIBLE. And so was the wine. Such an amazing, authentic vibe and everything about it was magical. We loved it.

Broken hearted in Florence
They gave me a reservation on a Sunday and they weren't even open. We then tried contacting them for multiple days to try and make a new reservation and nobody picked up the phone. We booked this reservation two weeks before our trip and we were very excited to visit.

I worked in the food service industry for 18 years, in fact I met my wife while we were both working at an Italian restaurant. I'm 62 so I'm sure I don't remember all the meals I've had but to my recollection this was the best food service atmosphere combination I've ever experienced. The zucchini flour pasta was absolutely incredible and the fillet with green pepper corn sauce with something immediately looked for recipes for. The staff was incredible, attentive, upbeat, and never made us feel rushed or that we were putting them out. We got there for our Reservation and had to wait an additional 45 minutes, but that was part of the experience. The manager brought us parmigiano cheese and a glass of Prosecco and brought stools out for us to sit in. I would go so far as to say if you're in Florence, you have to visit this restaurant.

Amazing from start to finish, we went for our wedding anniversary and loved everything, service, food and price We enjoyed it so much we returned the next night, thank you and if we ever come back too Florence we will be back here

It's absolutely worth it, close to the main tourist spots of Florence but feels like the perfect hole in the wall Italian spot.

Our last night in Italy and by far our best meal in Italy.
But to call it a meal is underserving it because it's truly an experience. It's such an unassuming little spot that would be easy to walk by if there weren't so many people waiting outside. Tommaso could not be a more gracious host, welcoming us as soon as we got there and checking in on us every few minutes and reassuring us that our table wouldn't be much longer. We did wait a fair amount of time after our reservation but we didn't even mind because the energy of the area is so infectious. Plus Tommaso gave us a free glass of sparkling wine. We ordered way too much food and each was a delight: - Prosciutto and melon: I may not eat melon any other way again. - Beef carpaccio: We probably get this to often and this was fine - Chicken liver pate: I am typically not a huge fan of this dish but this one may have persuaded me to keep trying as it was so creamy and delicious. - Pappardelle with duck ragu: Maybe the best pasta we had in Italy. - Paccheri with zucchini: So light, so creamy, so delicious. At this point we were full, but kept going. - Lamb chops: Would have eaten the whole bone if I could. - Fried chicken: How is this so light and airy? Certainly not the fried chicken you'd expect in the US and wish it were. The meal is accompanied by an ever-changing playlist of Madonna, ABBA, etc. Everyone there is having a great time and it feels like I was having dinner at a good friend's dinner party. Definitely a must.

* BraveCloth47 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to BraveCloth47 for any questions Peter may have as BraveCloth47 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* BraveCloth47 now uses their connections at Vini e Vecchi Sapori Firenze to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If BraveCloth47 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, BraveCloth47 receives the $200 reward which is credited to BraveCloth47's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
