Made a reservation and booked a hotel room for $400 drove 8 hours just to have a mai tai and dinner. Trader Vic's confirmed our reservation the day before. Arrived and the restaurant was closed for the evening. VERY disappointing!!!!!
Incredible meal with even more incredible waitress!
What a unique and fun experience! Tiki drinks were absolutely fantastic and the atmosphere was incredible. We were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and Samantha our waitress made it even more memorable! We would go back alone just to see her again

Tempest always welcomes me when I come in. It’s nice that she remembers me and greets me as if I’m family. It’s always a joy to see her at the hostess stand. I wish everyone was as professional and hospitable as her.
