Sad to see The Fat Hen closed last year -- it was truly one of my favorite brunch spots in Seattle. To this day, I still catch myself craving their shakshuka and benedicts, both of which were unmatched. And don't even get me started on the fresh

Came recommended by a local and several articles; A cute little spot with lots of fuss about reservations, though it seemed quite empty for a Sunday brunch. Definitely not that big of a deal! We enjoyed our breakfast and coffee. Everything was delic

so sad to hear they are closing! we greatly enjoyed their skillets, which are served piping hot. the shakshuka and alla boscaiola are server with similar tomato sauce bases, which is different than some other shakshukas which use more tomato chunks.
finally tried this place on monday.

The fat hen always amazing me.
Highly recommend the crab egg Benedict. They also have the best potato wedges ever to exist. You'll need a reservation about a week in advance for a seating between 9:30 and 11. I don't eat breakfast out much but fat hen is def worth it.
Amazing food and friendly staff.
I'll miss y'all, best of luck on your next adventures

The wait can be 45 minutes without one. Buuuuut, it's worth the wait. Portions are decent and the food is amazing. I would highly recommend and come back.

I first tried this restaurant with another reviewer a few years ago but I would agree with Justin's review about The Fat Hen being a triple threat. The service has always been highly satisfying and I am impressed they know my friend by name every tim

The waitress was rude and cut me off/interrupted me more than once when trying to order. It's like she uses the automatic 20% gratuity added to the total as an excuse to be rude. There are no substations or modifications which is unfortunate as I am

The service was good.
The place is overhyped though and very mediocre for the price. Hate to say that the cookie I ordered for my kid was the highlight of the breakfast but it was.

Great brunch spot.
It's a small place, and a reservation is a must, unless you're okay with waiting for 2+ hours. The food was fantastic - although whether it's worth the wait is your preference. We got the Ricotta toast and Shakshuka. The toast had a really unique dat

The hollandaise on the eggs benedict was good and so were the potatoes. The scone was decent and the hot chocolate we ordered (not pictured) was lukewarm and not very chocolatey. As for the Welsh toast, we were not a fan but we can't fault them for t
Some of the best breakfast in town.
The Eggs Benedict is second to none. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and cozy, partly because of the decor, and also because seating is very limited. This is not the place for trying to sneak your extended family in for brunch at 11
Shakshuka on point
Finally, made it to Fat Hen after a few failed attempts. This place is so tiny that the only way to get a spot is to book it a few weeks in advance. The menu is pretty small but mighty. I am a sucker for hearty shakshuka, and Fat Hen delivers 100% he
Hidden Gem!

AT entonces notifica a usuarios experimentados que podrían ayudar.
Proceso paso a paso
