Salama Saint-Tropez Reviews
Excellent exotic Moroccan restaurant
One of the best in St Tropez, we love it. Moroccan. Everything is good and the atmosphere is excellent. The service is perfect and friendly. We enjoyed the Royal Couscous and the pastilla of course. Great wine list.
Tables are a bit too close together, especially if you are
Tables are a bit too close together, especially if you are not a smoker and stuck next to smokers. The food and service though were next level. The lamb shank was unreal and our waiter was incredibly attentive
Delicious food in a beautiful ambience.
We would go back just because of the staff! Very courteous and friendly service, and it was the end of the season. The atmosphere of the restaurant is gorgeous and tastefully decorated. And now for the food. Simply fantastic. Ceviche and hummus for starters. Tajine with chicken (yummmmmy!), couscous with prawns and La Mourouzia, all simply delicious!
INTERESTING!
Pleasant and refined. This was the welcome at the Salama in Saint Tropez on a weekend in early October. Super cool place! Good food and a wide selection of wines. Accompanying it all is a transporting dee jay set. Well done! Truly a pleasant evening!
A real journey!
Magnificent setting, exceptional cuisine, top-notch service. The starters are killer and the couscous are traditional to the origin. To do again viiiite
Moroccan dinner and show
I had dinner with my wife in this beautiful place during the 10.30pm shift (the first one is at 8pm). Moroccan food, very good and more than generous quantities (I'm a good eater!). The service was thoughtful, kind and attentive. During the second shift the place becomes very lively, with music, DJs, dancing and entertainment. Very funny. Also very good cocktails.
Horrible experience at the reception level
Horrible receptionist attitude. Was very rude speaking to my young daughter about our table. This is the face of the Resturant and the first people you come across . It’s as if they are doing us a favor .. not sure who is the client here .
Magnificent setting, expeditious meal
As soon as you enter, you are welcomed in a magnificent setting by very... Tropezian hostesses, which, in itself, is not disturbing, even if, personally, that is not what I come for in a restaurant. Once seated, you quickly get the impression that you won't want to hang around the place (we had booked for the first service at 8:00 p.m.; there is a second service at 10:30 p.m.). Indeed, the aperitif is half drunk, our dishes are already arriving, while the unfinished glasses are being served... What about the dishes? To put it simply, the quality is present, without being extraordinary. As for the quantities, it's CLEARLY nonsense, especially if we correlate it with the price of the dish! I must not forget to mention the fact that my wife was served 10 minutes after us, which is completely unacceptable in an establishment that charges such prices. Advised by friends, we went there with our eyes closed; I was wrong not to read the reviews before booking: some reflect the state of mind of this restaurant very well.
Stupendous
The place is crazy, as is the service and the food which has generous portions and is of high quality. Price aside (stratospheric), we had a very good time. We recommend it!
Party vibe
Beautiful food and great ambience with a really good party/upbeat feel. Would highly recommend if you’re visiting south of France.
Super underwhelming.
Arrived late for a 1030 seating, and was given dirty looks for wearing khaki dress shorts . After being seated ordered some wine, asked for recommendations (the lamb and chicken tagine were recommended by the server). Food was mediocre at best. The couscous was super salty (imagine eating beach sand but not as "crunchy"). The lamb was good but the sauce was super sweet (think sweet & sour chicken) sweet. The chicken tagine was dry and the sauce/marinade was also salty. Generally we took maybe 2 bites of each and only really enjoyed the tzaziki with bread. The service was good but I could tell the server was super surprised how little we were able to eat. Much better options around the area, don't understand all the hype

1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.

* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FulfilledThread16, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* FulfilledThread16 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FulfilledThread16 for any questions Peter may have as FulfilledThread16 user fills the bid.

* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Salama Saint-Tropez!
