I made a mistake in transferring a reservation to my name which caused a reservation cancellation. The seller was beyond gracious in helping me understand how the system works (I’m new here). That’s beyond having secured one of the hardest to get reservations in NY. Was totally legitimate, fast and helpful in all ways. Highly recommend!
