Gertrude was simply delightful. Candlelit bistro filled with interesting eclectic locals with a menu to match. We had the fish cakes followed by pork belly, red snapper, tuna tartare and green asparagus. Followed by the most beautiful chocolate moos
My finest meal in Amsterdam
The interior feels like a small place in France with the same culinary intelligence but more wiggly about the rules. Just enough choices on the menu and a lengthy wine list with an owner who is more than helpful and gracious.
Great service and meal
We had a fabulous meal here when we visited Amsterdam. We took the chefs menu a 5 course delight which was brilliant. Jasper the waiter and the team delivered great service . The atmosphere was so lively and it was a real treat thank you.

Ambiance passes the vibe check. We got the cabbage, pork cheek and some appetizers, but the winner was the bread and smoked butter which blew my mind. Go here now!

Proceso paso a paso
1.) Establecer una recompensa (puja)
* AppointmentTrader utiliza datos históricos para recomendar una cantidad razonable de recompensa por conseguir una reserva: digamos $100.
* Peter realmente quiere ir, así que aumenta la puja (o recompensa) a $200.
* En esta etapa, la reserva aún no existe.
2.) Un usuario de la comunidad acepta la puja
* FamousStation67, un usuario experimentado de AT, tiene un historial comprobado obteniendo reservaciones exitosamente y pocas solicitudes de reembolso; recibe una notificación sobre la puja de Peter de $200.
* FamousStation67 acepta la puja, es decir, ahora trabajará para conseguir la reserva.
* Peter puede ahora hablar con FamousStation67 por cualquier pregunta mientras el usuario FamousStation67 gestiona la puja.
3.) Encontrando la reservación
* FamousStation67 ahora usa sus contactos en Gertrude Rest. & Bar Amsterdam para asegurar la mesa.
* Si logra obtener la mesa para cuatro a las 6 PM, Peter recibe una confirmación de que la reserva ha sido asegurada.
* Si FamousStation67 no consigue la reserva, la puja regresa al grupo para que otro usuario lo intente.
4.) Pago y protección
* Una vez asegurada la reserva, FamousStation67 recibe la recompensa de $200, que se acredita al saldo de AT de FamousStation67, donde los usuarios gestionan sus propios fondos y pueden retirar mediante opciones como transferencia bancaria, PayPal o Zelle.
* ¡Peter ahora puede disfrutar la cena con sus amigos en Gertrude Rest. & Bar Amsterdam!
* Como en todas las transacciones en AT, las disputas y cargos por no presentarse se gestionan a través del sistema de resolución impulsado por la comunidad de la plataforma.
