Have you considered expanding the site to include Golf course, Tennis, and Pickleball court reservations as well? I know there is an acute market for Golf Courses in LA already.

I got the 10%+ Refund Rate Medal since RESY terminated my account last month.
Now my refund rate has returned to 10% which is lower than the 11% threshold.
But I can still see the 10%+ Refund Rate Medal in my profolio and my payout is still
be limited, When can I get rid of this metal?
Will the metal be gone after several day or do I have to find someone to sponsor me?

I dont get why I need a recovery medal and I think there is a bug. Here are my stats:
* 19 Sales
* 3 Cancellation Requests by Seller
* 1 Refund Requests from Customers
* 4 Refunds to Customers

4/19 = 21 refund rate

Now my questions:
1. Why does my profile say 73% positive sales history. Should it not be 79%?
2. Only 3 refunds were initiated by me. 1 refund was initiated by a customer, who bought the booking by mistake. So why am I being held accountable?

But I accidentally got my sales balance below 0, and I've been trying to fix it for 2 days straight with no luck. Could you please help out? If there was no interest I wouldn't bother but I don't know how much this can increase (APR changed in a day even).
