Absolutely disappointed - ruined birthday experience
I celebrated my birthday at Siren by Gaia on June 21, 2025, and it was a disaster. We waited 30 minutes for our table even though it was booked at 5 pm and they knew it was a special occasion. No one told us there’s a break before 8 pm - so by 6.30 pm it was last call for food, then drinks, and by 7.30 pm they brought the bill without asking, even though we had the table until 8. I asked for the manager – no one came. I asked for a birthday slice of cake – they ignored it. No hospitality, no care, just cold, commercial service. My friends and I were shocked. I would never come back and don’t recommend this place at all.
Amazing vibes at Sirene - thank you to Zohar the main man!
I had such a great experience at Sirene by Gaia, and a big part of that was thanks to the incredible service from Zohar. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel genuinely welcome. He was respectful, polite, and had the perfect balance of being friendly and professional. Zohar really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout the day. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and nothing ever felt rushed or forced, just really thoughtful and natural service. Whether it was checking in at just the right moment or simply making sure I was comfortable, he made the whole experience feel effortless. The setting at Sirene is absolutely stunning, but it’s the kind of service I received from Zohar that truly stood out and made it memorable. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the guest experience the way he does. Thank you again, Zohar. If you could please extend my thank you to him I would fully appreciate it.

by Gaia, located at J1 Beach in Jumeirah 1, Dubai, is a luxurious beachside restaurant and club that has garnered attention for its opulent setting and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine ! Sirene is my favourite place to go to in dubai as it offers elegance and coastal charm, featuring whitewashed architecture, bougainvillaea accents, and a seamless indoor-outdoor design. The venue includes a sparkling swimming pool, a lounge area with a DJ booth, and dining spaces that provide stunning sea views. The atmosphere transitions from relaxed daytime lounging to vibrant evening gatherings ! And the food is a must try 😍
Bad experience
To start with, we got the worst table somewhere on the outskirts of the restaurant . We asked to be moved elsewhere because we had a special occasion ie a birthday dinner for a friend. Our request was completely ignored due “to lack of tables” however other parties next to us that arrived way later were relocated because they also didnt like the spot. The food was mediocre at best. Greek salad, which is hard to ruin, had too much vinegar for some reason. Orzo seafood came in a huge plate with the orzo thinly splattered around the dish with 1 shrimp cur in half, exactly 3 vongole shells and some calamari shavings. Such a joke. Honestly, nothing special for those prices. Oh, and the waiter completely forgot about the birthday dessert we requested. Definitely would not recommend spending your money there
Sirene by GAIA is honestly a dream!
Sirene by GAIA is honestly a dream. The beachside setting is so beautiful and calming, and the atmosphere is just chef’s kiss. Perfect spot to unwind with friends, sip a cocktail, and enjoy the sound of the waves. The seafood is super fresh—I had the grilled octopus and it was insane. Definitely a new favorite in Dubai!
Connect with users posting reservations for Sirene by GAIA Dubai
AppointmentTrader is a community-driven platform where users can exchange their reservations or leverage their personal relationships with Sirene by GAIA Dubai. Buyers can make informed decisions using automated seller ratings, which reflect past transactions and reliability.
Each posting on AppointmentTrader shows you which user submitted it and along with that provides a trackrecord of that user which indicates how much experience
the user has and how many percent of their transactions resulted in them issuing a refund.
If there is no user posting that fits your schedule, you can bid on your preferred time.
Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Sirene by GAIA Dubai at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Sirene by GAIA Dubai page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* ElaborateHouse74, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* ElaborateHouse74 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to ElaborateHouse74 for any questions Peter may have as ElaborateHouse74 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* ElaborateHouse74 now uses their connections at Sirene by GAIA Dubai to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If ElaborateHouse74 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, ElaborateHouse74 receives the $200 reward which is credited to ElaborateHouse74's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Sirene by GAIA Dubai!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
