Lucky we managed to find a table at the Italian restaurant downstairs before it got busy in the this Tuesday afternoon ( around 18:00 ) We enjoyed our starters and main dishes Service is excellent Highly recommended

This review is for the extremely rude lady employee that was working Saturday September 13th at 2:25 pm. Called her in regards to seating about my reservation for Saturday night , and she rudely proceeded to say she can't see my reservation . I ended up sending my confirmation page and a screen shot of confirmation , but she was very unprofessional and started raising her voice. When I asked for her name, she refused to give her name. And when I asked to speak with a manager, she refused to transfer my Call as well. She sounded possibly Ukrainian or Russian by her accent. The accent is not a matter for me, but since she did not tell me her name, I want the management to know exactly which employee is providing such customer service over the phone to customers. I hope the managers see this and do better with their customer service..

We went to Novikov yesterday to celebrate my friend's birthday. The food was tasty, though a bit overpriced. But considering the location and the nice design, we accepted that and were ready to spend. However, the service was very disappointing. Our waitress was extremely pushy and kept interrupting our conversation. For example, when we ordered pasta, she immediately suggested adding a salad or something else on the side. I asked if it was included with the pasta, and she said no, it's separate. I told her not to suggest more, because we had already ordered plenty -- nearly a kilo of steak plus pasta. She also suggested drinks, so we ordered a non-alcoholic margarita, but it was extremely sour, just full of lime. On top of that, her attitude was very rude and dismissive, and she looked at us almost with contempt. At one point, she brought us bread. We only tried one piece, and before we could enjoy it with our pasta and butter, she asked if she should take it away. That felt very inappropriate. Even though we were celebrating a birthday, we weren't offered any complimentary dessert -- not even a small gesture. And in the end, we spent almost $300 for two people, which made the poor service even more frustrating. Overall, a very disappointing experience for such a well-known restaurant

Great people watching. Girls in mini dresses and heels. It's like a supper club. The music is very loud and I couldn't really hear my date. The food was tasty and the service was good. Would recommend for the vibe, but definitely not to be able to have a conversation.

I've been a regular at Novikov Beverly Hills and usually the service is excellent, but this visit was an absolute disappointment from start to finish. We were seated with an older male server, and the service was extremely slow and careless. We had to ask five times before they finally turned on the heater. He recommended the seasonal scallops, which turned out to be inedible--they tasted strongly of ammonia, like they were spoiled or cleaned with chemicals. I had to send them back and replace them with a burrata salad. My husband ordered a side salad that was laughably small--just half a tomato, a few olives, cucumbers, and onion--for $35. That's pure price gouging. I also ordered a passion iced tea, which was nothing more than water mixed with sugary passion fruit syrup for $11. From the service to the food to the prices, everything was terrible. I used to come here almost every week, but after this experience, never again. There are plenty of great restaurants in Beverly Hills--unfortunately, this one has completely failed.

Loved the food and was blown away by the dessert ( again). Got the crem brûlée and it was the right amount of sweet and richness.
Rude staff.
Pamela on the front desk was extremely rude. I think she thought she owned the place as opposed to being employed there. Rather disappointing as I’ve eaten in the Besiktas site in Turkey. From the moment we arrived her attitude really put a dampener on our experience.

Went to dinner for a special event tonight, themed Venice, Italy.... the lemon pasta is much was a special was divine! Reminded me of my lemon adventures in Sorrento... The scallops cooked perfectly, the pork chops small bit yummy and the bolognese was also tasty and the noodles cooked on point, also the pesto gnocchi was probably my fave... service always great

Really nice location! Beautiful interior, nice airy feel with lots of windows. We had the lunch prefix at the bar, the food was really delicious and the price honestly was great for what we got. The liquor prices are a bit on the high side but the service was fantastic and quick. Drew the bartender was super helpful and friendly. Definitely would come back for the food and ambiance again.

The best restaurant to have a family dinner at! The food is so delicious. The snake river farms and tuna tartare are my personal favorite. The service was great and the always made sure that our table was clean and the water was always filled up. Itself the whole place is just beautiful. Will definitely be coming back

Elegant Italian Dining at Novikov
My family and I had a wonderful dinner at the Italian section of Novikov Restaurant & Bar in London. From start to finish, the experience was thoroughly enjoyable. The quality of the food was excellent — fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. Portions were just right: satisfying without being overwhelming. We shared three starters/salads and had a main dish each. We are all adults. Service was attentive and professional, striking a perfect balance between friendly and discreet. The wine list is truly impressive, offering a wide selection to complement every dish. The dessert menu was another highlight — long, creative, and tempting, making it hard to choose just one. Make sure you try some desserts. It’s also worth noting that Novikov stays open until late, which is not the case with most restaurants in London
Absolutely shocking, extremely unprofessional.
Absolutely shocking. You get better customer service in a fast food joint. At first I would have given 3/4 stars but as the night went on I was left extremely disappointed. They pick and choose who the dress code applies to and in my opinion are quite discriminatory. The service was extremely slow, I had to call someone over to take drinks orders and then again for food. I waited 25 minutes for drinks, dirty dishes were left on the table for prolonged periods of time and I was missing elements of my dessert. The only time the service was fast is when I asked for the bill. The food for the price was sub par, everything lacked seasoning. You get better food in your local Italian. When I complained about wait times the response I got was shocking. The manager was rude and extremely unprofessional, almost shouting and saying quite offensive things at me and my group. I have eaten in many high end places and have never been spoken to like that. The head waiter was the only saving grace and reason I did not leave a one star review.
Great food, extremely poor service
Had dinner at the Asian restaurant the other night and the food was fantastic as usual. Ordered dessert and was then told a couple of minutes later that this wouldn't be possible as they needed the table back. When your spending £200+ per head this is not the service I would expect, it ruined the whole experience. This isn't the first time the service has been poor, it's a shame because I've been coming here for years, will think twice about coming here again.

This restaurant has no service even if you are thirsty it takes half an hour for them to bring a glass of warm water. We were sitting there for more than 3 hours for a lunch. It took them 2 hours to bring the food. You have to beg for a coffee. It's really disappointing.

I could have given them a 4 star if I was a little less understanding but I came here on their first week soft opening and although things were unorganized the effort made by the staff the ambiance and the food make up for their early shortcoming. They have a divine menu mixed with Italian , seafood and steaks. Their menu is unique even though it sounds cliche. We had the truffle pizza as well as the fried seafood. The Cesar salad was a starter. Everything was delicious. The menu looks outstanding mixed with items like caviar, pastas , pizza, steak, seafood both streamed and fried. Interior design is beautiful and service was good. I can't wait to come back and try this place once they settle in more, but I can tell it's going to be a top on my list. Espresso martini was fantastic and my favorite part was the edible basil plant on the table. I literally ate the entire thing with my meal. Lovely addition

For appetizer we shared a Caesar salad. I had Beef Fillet Tagliata and she had Grilled Veal Chop. Definitely recommend. We will definitely be back!

Went here for a birthday dinner with a bunch of friends last week. It's a nice space kind of like Avra with a twist of Il Pastaio but with an even older crowd. We ordered the Cesar salad, eggplant Parmesan, truffle risotto, Chilean seabass, truffle pizza, ravioli, and cacio Pepe. I would skip the eggplant Parmesan as it had no taste. Everything else was good but nothing was excellent. Our waiter was very nice but since it was the first week open they didn't course everything out right. I'm sure they will fix this soon. Getting a reservation wasn't too hard which I appreciate. I'm not running back but if a friend suggested to go there I would go.

The restaurant is really beautiful, love the open kitchen and the seafood presentation. They have a beautiful bar too. The menu is big, lots to choose from and easy to read. Great job in designing the menu. The prices are also fair. They have a 3 course lunch for 36 dollars. Plenty dishes to choose from. Can't wait to try. More reviews to come.

* Peter can now talk to BraveCloth47 for any questions Peter may have as BraveCloth47 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* BraveCloth47 now uses their connections at Novikov Mediterranean Beverly Hills to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If BraveCloth47 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, BraveCloth47 receives the $200 reward which is credited to BraveCloth47's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
