Mizumi Las Vegas Reviews
Horrible Service. Extremely rude manager.
What a shame what these people did to a good restaurant. Arrogant and extremely rude manager. She has no care for customers. We had to walk away as we couldn’t stand her any longer. 5 star pricing for fast food service and experience.
Lovely birthday dinner at Mizumi
My husband and I had a lovely meal over at Mizumi for my birthday during a weekend trip to Las Vegas. Mizumi is located at the beautiful Wynn hotel. It is conveniently located right by the front lobby of the hotel. The decor is very elegant, and we were treated to a beautiful table ride by the lovely pond with the gorgeous view of the waterfall and the wall of bamboo trees covering the area. The host walked up to the table and handed me a handwritten birthday card, which I really appreciated. We started out with the Robata platter with shrimp, chicken, beef, and shishito peppers skewers, Shrimp and vegetable Tempura, and wagyu beef fried rice. Everything was beautifully prepared with an equally beautiful presentation. We washed everything down with a perfectly brewed pot of jasmine tea. We finished our meal with a delicious bowl of lychee sorbet, and a plate of Japanese honeydew melon(which was surprisingly underwhelming). Our server also brought us a cute little piece of chocolate cake with chocolate ganache, and a lighted candle at the end of the meal. it was a lovely surprise, and the chocolate cake was actually extremely delicious. I would highly recommend this place for it’s quality of food, ambience, and solid service.
NOT recommended.
Do yourself a favor to eat somewhere else if you can. I'd give zero stars if I could. 1. Bad service: they put you to the worst seats possible if you don't ask for it. We walked in on a not so busy Sunday and yet they lie to your face that they can't change the seats while half of the restaurant is open 2. The food is overpriced while being mediocre. Paying a tenth of the price, you can get much better food anywhere else
Extremely disappointing.
Expect a 1 star experience at a 5 star price. Horrible Floor Manager. She expected us o sit on a very uncomfortable corner which shouldn't be a seat anyway under a blazing AC vent. When I told her about it, Her solution was to wait 30 minutes OUTSIDE the restaurant. Shame on Her and whoever hired her.
What a shame to have employees that turn people away.
Floor manager extremely rude and arrogant demeanor made us walk away from what it used to be a favorite spot. Good food , horrible people.
Three generations sat to enjoy meal together.
Outstanding drink service: our matcha and water was kept full -- hot water with lemon for my elderly parents, beautifully dressed Sakura cocktail, hot toddies made upon request, organic Pinot Noir. Sushi was truly outstanding, per usual, with high notes for scallops and Ikura. Udon noodles cannot be beat -- try the udon: we ordered three for the table to share bc we know how good it is. Shrimp tempura that comes with is very tender and tasty. Wagyu slices and wagyu fried rice was eaten before photos could be taken. Exceptionally tender for elders to chew easily. Skewered shishito peppers, tender short ribs, sea bass, and chicken -- would do those all over again. Desserts were worthy of the extra fullness. Orchids on and candle-like light were nice...but a bit more light might make it easier to appreciate and enjoy the beauty of the food presentation. Glad to return for another meal.
Located in Wynn resort las vegas.
Reservation: their website, sevenroom portal. Restrooms: men and women, by the entrance Beautiful setting, nice restaurant. We ordered: Truffle edamame Crispy rice with spicy tuna sushi Scallop nigiri Squid nigiri Salmon nigiri Otoro nigiri Lamb Chop yuzu miso - 10/10 very tender, nice flavored Hokkaido uni nigiri - ok, just medium grade. Santa barbara uni nigiri - 0/10 this one went bad already, we ate uni every where, this one taste so horrible and fishy. Very bad A5 wagyu fried rice - 6/10 Robatayaki seabass yuzu kosho - 8/10 nice seabass, again too much sauce Robatayaki braised wagyu shortrib Okinawa brown sugar sudachi - 8/10 very tender, but too much sauce, over powering of sweetness Truffle creamy crab croquette - 10/10 Inaniwa udon noddle - 6/10 Japanese madai sashimi- 8/10 beautiful pretty , taste good Bluefin chutoro Truffle with caviar- 10/10 very fresh, simple but yet satisfying Crown honeydew melon - surprised they have this here, mostly only in specialty high-end omakase or kaiseki restaurant. Service is wonderful. Overall everything is good, but too much sauce. And bad santa barbara uni.
Had an amazing experience here.
We sat at the sushi bar for dinner. Food was incredible quality, drinks were amazing and our servers were super friendly and attentive.
This place is out of this world.
Yuka is the world's sweetest and most attentive server. She remembers us each year and truly makes us feel special! I also appreciate her going through the detailed menu to share with our new visitors. The spicy tuna roll was amazing. The toothfish will always be my favorite. The espresso is amazing as well. The special drinks are delicious. All in all- with Yuka you are guaranteed not only delicious food but an amazing experience as well!
Mizumi was my absolute favorite meal during my most recent
Mizumi was my absolute favorite meal during my most recent trip to Vegas. I made reservations, so we were seated right away. The restaurant is quite large, but definitely recommend making resies ahead of time. Their service is quick, great for those who are on a schedule lol. We ordered: - spicy tuna with crispy rice. loved that they included whole pieces of tuna and not minced tuna on this one. - aburi salmon belly nigiri - a5 wagyu nigiri with caviar - scallop tataki & crispy shrimp roll (so good we ordered two!) - dry aged toro nigiri - robota grill: seabass with yuzu kosho, braised Wagyu short rib, & lamb chop with yuzu miso Honestly, I don't think you can go wrong with anything in the menu. I'd eat here every night if I could afford it!
I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this meal was
I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this meal was perfection. First off, Harrison was an exceptional server. He gave us great recommendations and was super friendly and attentive. The ambiance here is so relaxing and they did such a nice job with the decor. The view of the waterfall is so tranquil and the booth we sat in was so spacious and comfy for our group of 7. That goes a long way in my book. Now for the drinks and food. Everything was INCREDIBLE. We had a variety of cocktails and some of the favorites at the table were the lychee martini and Wabi Sabi Old Fashioned. All of the food was AMAZING. The fish was all so fresh and perfectly prepared. I can't remember the names of everything we ordered, but took pictures of everything. The Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna was the best I've ever had. The Wagyu Gyoza Dumplings were so delicate and packed with flavor. We ordered several of the king crab rolls because they were a table favorite. The Scallop Tataki and Crispy Shrimp & Shrimp Tempura and Spicy Tuna rolls were both delicious as was the A5 Wagyu Nigiri sushi. It was one of the most memorable meals I've had and I would come back here again and again.
When went to restaurant prior to a show at Wynn.
Great service and ambiance. I thought the food was just ok and was overpriced.
Amazing everything
This is our go to restaurant in Las Vegas. We love everything here from the Sushi to the sashimi and amazing wine and sake.
Shady server
We ordered 1 bottle of Sake at $130.00 with confirmation of the server, but the bill came at $243.00. I asked the server why the higher price, he said because of different one???? This is another way to rip off customers by their server.
Magnificent Mizumi
This spot was the highlight of our visit to Las Vegas. The server Bahna? was amazing. The food was brought out in stages so you could savor each item, all were different. We ordered the Wagyu Gyoza Dumpling (you get 4 pieces), vegetable tempura (excellent), Nasu Dengaku (eggplant with tomatoes-this was amazing-very flavorful with perfect blend of ingredients) and chicken Teriyaki-which we asked for with rice. It was the perfect amount of food. The atmosphere was romantic with a large waterfall to the left of us. We had dark chocolate and coconut ice cream for dessert. This spot is a must. Get reservations as it is popular.
Timing Issue
The restaurant is beautiful. I really enjoyed the Japanese F1 Wagyu Striploin. My husband had the Sashimi Plate and said it was good but thought it was overpriced for what he got. Our disappointment came with the timing of our plates. I was served the Miso soup and 10 minutes later my husband was served his noodle soup. We thought that was odd but could be overlooked. But then my husband was served his Sashimi plate and it was 20 minutes before I was served my steak. No apologies or acknowledgement of the timing issue. For a restaurant of this caliber this is very surprising.
A Little Inconsistent For The Price
My wife and I dined at the restaurant on our final night in Vegas. This is a very popular upmarket option in The Wynn. Overall the food is excellent. However, we felt that 2 out of our 5 dishes were under seasoned. My first cocktail was so good that I ordered a second. This was obviously made by a different person and tasted nothing like the first. Be prepared to splash the cash and leave considering picking up a pizza on the way home. I was a little put out when asked if I needed change from 300 dollars when the bill was 'only' 220 dollars!
Can't miss!
Dined at Mizumi last night and it was a real treat. the service was great and the ambiance even better. However, the food was truly out of this world. Snapper carpaccio with flowers was like eating art. I will be back!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - EVEN WORSE MANAGER KEVIN - WE LEFT RATHER THAN STAY TO DINE
I had a reservation on April 12 at 7 pm, which I reserved since March 8. We ran a few mins late and were walking from the Encore Hotel to the Wynn Hotel where Mizumi is located. We were staying at the Encore. I called the restaurant to say we were 5 mins later from the 7.15 pm deadline. I was even put on a 3 min hold. We were told there was no problem. When I checked in the hostess didn’t say anything about losing the reservation, she said she would do her best to accommodate our request to sit near the water-view. We were made to wait for 25 mins, I had to go insist to be seated. Seemed they had totally forgotten about us, as if we had lost our reservation. We thought after the 25 min wait the table would be nice, it wasn’t. She gave us a mediocre table and said it was this way because we had been late. I complained and she called the manager. The manager basically told me it was our fault because we had been late, even though I told him I had called to let them know we were on our way and not far. He didnt care. There were two empty tables closer to the water he refused to move us to. He was rude and aggressive, totally inflexible and as if he was teaching us a lesson...He took a non conciliatory tone with me. Not service oriented at all, I thought I was dealing with someone in a communist place or at least a headmaster at a military academy, this person should not be in the service industry. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt of not saying he was acting snooty. He gave no other options. Nothing to help out. It was all on us, he blamed us. THAT WAS HIS TONE. We are even staying in the hotel. Not the first time. I told him we would leave. He didn’t care, didn’t make the slightest gesture to improve the situation. Horrendous experience!!! If someone in their management cares, his name is KEVIN. He even bragged he was the GM of the place and had an attitude. I’ve travelled all over the world and never had I ever had a restaurant prefer to have a customer leave than to accommodate. NEVER coming back to MIZUMI in WYNN US they wasted the evening for us, at least this Keving GM with his attitude did. We had dined at MIZUMI in Macau in December 2024 and what a contrast. That GM should be fired and their hostess staff should be better trained to let the guest know that they are screwed no matter what if they are one minute late past the grace period, at least according to GM KEVIN, generalissimo, even if you call ahead, even if you are a guest. Cero customer service. Seriously I spend a lot of time at Macau Wynn and Palace and it’s so much better. By the way before I close this, Kevin, the GM, explicitly WARNED me to include in my complaint that we were late, “so what is the point of a reservation” in his own words. THAT is HIS TONE AND THAT is HOW FRIENDLY HE WAS TO ME. I think you can get the idea of him. FAIL WYNN VEGAS DINNNG FAILand I used to be a fan.
Best Dining Experience in Vegas (maybe anywhere)
Wow. Absolutely perfect meal. Start to finish. This is one of few Vegas restaurants that truly does it right. Our server Woo was incredible. Warm, fun, attentive and incredibly good at his job. Table was never cluttered or dirty. Glasses were never empty. We were out to have a great meal and a good time and he made it happen. From expertise guiding us through the menu to assisting us with our selections, he was 100% on the entire time. Food was exceptional. Best crispy rice tuna I’ve ever had. Perfect quality ingredients and flawless execution. This is not just another vegas restaurant herding cattle in and out. They are dedicated to the experience. Can’t wait to return
Overpriced
Admittedly it’s a gorgeous restaurant. The sushi is good not great. The reason I give this restaurant 1 star is the service and the cost to value on the experience overall. For the prices, the service sorely lacks! The servers push expensive wines and then show up to pour the wine (so they can sell a second bottle) but they don’t return to provide basics. We had an empty soy sauce jar on our table and our sushi came without wasabi. We waited so long for someone to return that some of our group ate without the desired condiments. For 3 of us the meal was over $600. For that, I believe the experience should feel like a treat. I regretted choosing Muzumi for our special evening out in Vegas.

Wow. Wonderful service, good, experience overall was fantastic! We had a great time, and would certainly return as a local favorite for date nights! Food was wonderfully curated/designed and thoughtfully prepared. We enjoyed our 5 year anniversary here and Ray was spectacular about getting us the perfect sake!
Beautiful presentation, but the quality of the fish is
Beautiful presentation, but the quality of the fish is average. I am disappointed, didn't taste like a Japanese restaurant, it tasted like an Americanized version where it lacks flavor especially the salmon . I miss how this place was two years ago

This restaurant is incredible, and is probably one of the best Japanese meals I've had outside of Japan. Moriawase nigiri course was delicious and had a good selection of fish on offer. The tempura lobster was excellent, as was the snow aged wagyu beef. One of the standouts to me was the extensive sake menu. This might be the most robust selection of sake I've seen on any menu anywhere. The sommelier was extremely knowledgeable and was able to guide us to selections paired to our meal. Ambiance was serene - the area we were in didn't FEEL like Vegas, in the best possible way. We will certainly be back the next time we're in town.

I mean, it's a really pretty place and the service was great. Company was great too but the food wasn't worth the price. It was just okay. I was actually disappointed by the chawanmushi, it tasted the way feet smell after a long, six hour hike on a wet and muddy trail. The rest of it was just alright. Four stars only because the service and ambiance were good. Three for the food. Made me miss this other place we go to off of the strip. Probably wouldn't go back again.
Outstanding sushi restaurant with Tatiana greeting guests
Outstanding sushi restaurant with Tatiana greeting guests with such grace and care and Sean providing impeccable service. The restaurant ambiance is fantastic with a beautiful warmth and friendly atmosphere. The sushi chef 11 of the top sushi selections is super fresh and delicious! The edamame was terrific too w subtle salt w taste that had pepper super good! The Robata grilled short ribs were super tender and delicious as well as the sea bass and tender loin and chicken skewers too! Don't forget the green tea and dessert we had the chocolate mousse w green matcha tea and cheesecake yum! Had the Kawaii drink too super good Highly recommend Sean and Tatiana's Restaurant as your next delicious sushi restaurant in Las Vegas!
Ambience is nice, service was barely ok.
..but the portion sizes and price leave much to be desired. The Chicken teriyaki was $46, but had two small skinny strips of chicken. The crab croq was basically 3 hush puppies for $28. The soup seemed to come from a can. I have never spent over $100 and left feeling so hungry. We went to another restaurant to get a decent meal and spent 1/3 the proce
Excellent remodel for one of the most beautiful restaurants
Excellent remodel for one of the most beautiful restaurants at the Wynn. New Chef Ramsey is a sushi master and his creations are delicious and have such visual appeal. I highly recommend the yellowtail in Ponzu (just so beautifully presented) the eggplant with sweet miso and bluefin tuna which was so perfect it melts in your mouth. I always get the tempura, tender, flaky and light. The servers are all superb but I want to give special kudos to Stacey, Yuko and Jessica. They can curate a meal for any tastes. Also great thanks to manager Kevin Maio who always goes out of his way to make us feel comfortable.
Just a Fantastic Spot
I have eaten here multiple times but am always impressed but the cheeriness and attentiveness of the staff. From the hostess to the assistant servers, everyone seems happy to be working there. Oh and the food is just dynamite highlighted by the snapper dish which looks like it is a flower garden among sushi. I would visit here every trip to Vegas.

Always an amazing experience at Mizumi, excellent customer service, excellent ambiance and the best food in Las Vegas. The quality of the fish here is amazing and it's always fresh and consistent. Love their Teppan grill as well the f1 wagyu was cooked so perfectly it doesn't get better than this place. Extremely beautiful restaurant with the best service in the game with the best food in Vegas, can't recommend this place enough
Pretty awesome eats.
Definitely coming back for another visit. Amazing flavors! The service is great. The vibe is chill.
A Gastronomic Haven of Japanese Excellence at Wynn Las Vegas
Mizumi at Wynn Las Vegas is a culinary masterpiece! From the moment you step in, the atmosphere envelops you in a world of sophistication and elegance. Every dish served is a work of art, from the meticulously crafted sushi to the perfectly marbled Wagyu A5. The quality of the ingredients shines through in every bite, leaving you craving for more. But it's not just the food that's exceptional; the service provided by the staff is impeccable, ensuring a truly memorable dining experience. Without a doubt, Mizumi is the epitome of Japanese cuisine excellence and deserves every bit of praise it receives.
Amazing as always!
Mizumi just changed its "look", and I was very curious to see it! Everything is now more "simplistic" (white and earth tones rather than red), but it still shows elegance and beauty. I ordered the Chef's choice sushi Moriawase and this just opened our appetite! The selection was perfect, the presentation, the perfect portion, and the freshness, of course! Then I continued with the shrimp tempura and spicy tuna roll (one plate); the spicy tuna crunch roll; the vegetable yasai roll; and the nasu kabayaki. The latter was probably my favorite dish. The presentation, the texture, the ingredients.... everything was perfect! From the bar, I had the Miyabi cocktail. Wow.... such light, perfect combination of flavors. Absolutely delicious! This is so far my favorite Japanese restaurant in Las Vegas. It has never disappointed me.
Great Japanese Fine Dining at Wynn hotel.
Great experience, albeit Las Vegas fine dining pricing for sure. Fresh, creative menu, excellent service from Will, who was attentive and extremely knowledgeable regarding the offerings. Nicely decorated, good ambience, and definitely a high end Japanese experience. I would highly recommend as a special evening.
Five star dining!
Wonderful evening at Mizumi. We did a table next to the waterfall which is just four private tables with a minimum per person so be prepared to spend. But the service and experience was impeccable. Wu was knowledgeable and gave us the best selections to order, making for one of the best meals ever. Overall, an outstanding delicious dinner. Can’t wait to go back!
A Wonderful Experience!!!!
We had dinner at Mizumi while going through Vegas. A few notes: - The ambience is amazing - The food was great, and each plate was really unique. I had only vegetarian options and loved the presentation amd the taste - The service was top notch! They were so friendly and knowledgeable - Only thing I would note was that (like much Japanese food) I was sort of hungry a few hours later A great meal and highly recommend!
Rude and disrespectful General Manager!
We wouldn't recommend this place just because the way the general manager of this restaurant threated us. Not only he was rude and disrespectful, he was arguing with us over silly bar chair! We loved the bartenders and food and that was why we returned the second time but unfortunately the second experience thanks to a rude GM was disappointing. He came to us while we were eating and technically told us to leave. I have never been in a restaurant in my life where they would not be accommodating to a retuning and well spending customers. This GM shouldn't be working in any restaurant as he has zero interpersonal skills or sense for hospitality management! We will never go back.

The service was excellent very attentive , the food was good , the Ambiance was lovely great redecoration. Completely different vibe then before much better. The robata wings were so good, the tempura lobster was a slight disappointment it was to chewy and lacked flavor.

By far one of the freshest selection of sushi that I've ever experienced will definitely return

Wow! Mizumi completely shut down for about 9 months to do a major rebuild of what was originally a beautiful restaurant. After 18 years it was time and the new setting is outstanding. The restaurant flow is much improved and the new interior is warm, pleasant, and inviting. Like All restaurants at the Wynn the attention to detail is spectacular -- you'd think Steve Wynn was still walking the floor as his element of perfection still prevails.-- and that is a good thing. Besides a new redo there is a new Chef at Mizumi. Enough written about Chef Ramsey, his history and skills. Based on our dinner I'd say this is going to work. Some thoughts: the original had the bar on the right side upon entering. It was awkward and a bit uncomfortable standing while enjoying great cocktails - limited bar chairs. The new redo reversed the bar and the Sushi station. Great right? Not so fast-- since reservations are a must a lot of people come in without reserves and can't get a table so they are now offered Bar seats and menu. Our foursome couldn't get a drink as everyone was eating. Boo- beautiful Bar but now not a bar- just extended food service. Just a Njt but still a Nit. No chair or bar lounge area. A mistake I think. The new table seating areas are top notch. Probably the most comfortable chairs I've sat in. Padded perfectly. A modern feel. Beautiful table spacing. The Menu: still pretty much the same menu with all the favorites of the previous Chef. He was a detail fanatic importing fresh items from Japan - so we were happy with everything even though we'd had the items previously. Our waiter was excellent. His name was Woo and he was Wow. Made the whole evening flow wonderfully. Explained what is a rather difficult menu to maneuver. Lots of different sections that don't always flow in succession. He helped cut through the process so it made more sense. We had numerous dishes, lots of warm Saki, and left satisfied but not stuffed or feeling bloated from salt overdose. Flavors and quality A1. Woo told us chef was working toward a newer menu with more creative style, tasting menu options etc. that sounded enticing. Regardless. We'll be back.
Mizumi was 6.5 out of 10
It could of been that our reservation was at 10pm. But server and restaurant were all just more focused on closing then us. Our last dish they totally forgot to even put it in and then asked if we were expecting another dish. Which then I reminded them yes and at the point I just told them forget it. They didn’t offer anything in exchange for there mistake.
Artfully created meal with the finest ingredients in a sophisticated setting
Everything you’d expect from a restaurant at the Wynn. Wonderful teppanyaki and fantastic service. Artfully created meal using the best ingredients. Lovely ambience. Even though it was busy, noise level was low.

I recognize that there's been some "news" recently about Mizumi at Wynn and I wanted to share my experience dining there this week during my Encore stay. First, the reservation app that they use showed no availability on Wednesday. I showed up at the door at 5:30 (opening time) and asked to dine at the bar. No problem! Was seated immediately and was pleased to see Edgar behind the bar. I've been lucky to have him working the bar numerous times when dining and really appreciate his unobtrusive service and his advice! Sadly, I didn't see his colleagues name, as she was also very attentive. I do know she also works at Lakeside. I will say that my untrained eye found the crew overall to be super-efficient, attentive, professional and friendly. I did not sense any gaps in service as I watched what was going on in the room. And the room! What a change! I really enjoyed the more muted tones versus the red theme previously. The sushi bar and bar basically switched places. Smaller bar, more room at the sushi bar. The masters behind the sushi bar continue to produce excellent delights! I had the seared 'aburi' salmon and yellowtail sushi, both fabulous! Tuna tartare chirashi, where you make your own little nori rolls. Finished with a special Tuna roll that had all the best bits of the fatty tuna. Chef demanded no soy sauce! Edgar presented several great sakes to accompany the food and all were top notch (sadly can't recall any specifics!) All in all, seems the new chef has things humming here and I can't wait to come back! SteveO.
First time there since the renovations.
The interior pallette was a wonderful hue of gold and warm wood. Incredibly welcoming. Ambiance was perfect. Chef Min is gone -- and the new chef will be putting his mark on the menu soon. Jeff Ramsey. The only Japanese American born chef titled "Sushi Master." Looking forward to returning next year. At the sushi bar, Chef Kendo-San was wonderful. As was our server, Woo. Very informative and diplomatic. Scallops, octopus, uni, ikura -- all fresh and incredibly delicious as sushi. Rolls were creative and tasty. Beer was refreshing and sister had the Pinot. Shiitake with Truffles, very (too?) buttery. And I usually like le truffe. Aburi was excellent. Really. The carpaccio was outstanding. Elders really enjoyed the udon, esp the noodles, and the flavor-rich broth. The tempura was so good they ordered another plate of it. Best meal of the weekend.
The experience was just amazing.
The entire team from Kei, to Simon as managers, Raymond for the wine and sake and then Jessica, Anthony and Eddie at the table were stellar. The food was off the charts great and the whole experience for our anniversary was magical. We brought a group, the restaurant team was awesome. However, we initially wanted the private room, and the process with the events team is just really unpleasant and gives off the wrong vibe. But just avoid that and always deal with the restaurant team and you will have an amazing time!
the sushi was amazing here and so was the service all
the sushi was amazing here and so was the service all around. The server would even refill my hot tea before I even got a chance to serve myself :) highly recommend
We have dined at Mizumi several times over the past few
We have dined at Mizumi several times over the past few years and it is a must go for us whenever we are in Vegas. The ambiance, service and food are always excellent and we've never had a bad experience. My wife has several food allergies and they always take the utmost care in ensuring that her needs are met while still enjoying a particular dish. The restaurant recently underwent a renovation and change of executive chef. We love the new look of the restaurant and they kept the waterfall seating area, which is our favorite. We've also sat at one of the sushi bars, which is a great experience too as you can interact with the chefs preparing your food. On our last visit we had the opportunity to meet the new executive chef Jeff Okada Ramsey. He was very welcoming and took time out of his busy evening to speak with us. Also, one of our favorite restaurant managers in all of Vegas works there. She has been able to fit us in at the last minute and is always pleasure to talk to and spend time with. Some of our favorite dishes are the Yellowtail Carpaccio, Bluefin Tuna Tataki and Inaniwa Udon Noodles. For dessert, we love the Yuzu Souffle as well as the new Warm Chocolate Fondant. Who would have though Matcha ice cream tastes so good!! They also have a large selection of Japanese beer, sake, and whisky. If you're in Vegas and looking for an upscale Japanese restaurant, Mizumi will not disappoint!!
Used to love this place however glass in my wagyu dumplings
Used to love this place however glass in my wagyu dumplings just unacceptable . They were nice about it however can't let it go when you have two separate dumplings with glass in it . They didn't offer to bring a new plate despite this . Overall would love to have had a better time however this was over the top

First time back since they renovated and it was worth the wait. This room is gorgeous, I love the more neutral tones versus the bold red that was everywhere before. This was also the first time sitting in the main dining room, normally we've eaten in the teppanyaki room and it was interesting to try the menu. Everything we tried was pretty special although I have to say anything we had a question on we were told "whatever the menu says is in it..is in it" by our server who was lovely but I was taken aback at that response.
