I do not live in Aspen and I will say this is my absolute favorite sushi restaurant I have been to. The owner, Frank, is always helping the environment and makes dinner so fun! The food is to die for and my family comes here at least twice every time

Favorite restaurant in Aspen. We come once a year, always in January and will eat at Jing at least twice. The food is clever and fantastic. Frank the owner/chef is fun and gracious. In particular, the duck is out of this world.

Mediocre food, and terrible service. Our food was thrown on the table and whisked away so fast and the next course was the same and so on. We had a reservation at 7 p.m. and were done by 8 p.m. Not the fine dining I had the last time I was there last
