Start by browsing the Active Bids list. If you see a bid at a venue where you have connections, click to claim and fill it. After filling a bid, you’ll rank higher and receive more notifications for similar bids in the future.

You can also visit venue pages directly and click the “Notify Me” button to receive bid alerts for those venues. This ensures you’re among the first to know when a buyer posts a request.

If you know others with valuable connections — such as restaurant staff, concierges, or office schedulers — you can sponsor them into AppointmentTrader via your portfolio. When they make sales, you earn a commission from their activity.
