Very Poor/ Scam Disabled People
Don't go alone. These people really cheat you, the front staff. They stole 1000s of dollars from me as a blind person and only let me stay 2 days.
Dirty Room
My room was dirty. The bathroom mirror had a large mascara stain on it and the bathroom counter was dirty along with the shower. For being a Hilton I would think that it would have been clean. Disgusting.
Amazingly dated, dark and…not good
Checked in for one quick SF night. Air wasn’t working first room so switched to another room that had torn carpet, essentially no room lights, and is old and gross. This is an embarrassment to the brand and I would definitely never stay here agai

My partner and I both enjoyed our stay here !! It was very clean, staff were amazing and very helpful. We had buffet breakfast at Poached down in the lobby, it was amazing! Pricey especially for a family, but it was great variety!
