Room for improvement
We have been guests here for several years now. Unfortunately, it has been shown that it is always more about turnover and speed than preparing a nice evening for the guest. You have to step on the brakes when servicing, otherwise you are done with appetiser and main course after an hour. The food is good overall, but we were disappointed with the signature dish the cod with rice. There was not much to see from the fish, since most of it was stirred under the rice. So more of a risotto. The prices are already very high and do not reflect for me what is delivered.

Substandard Coya Monaco ,, it’s not a fine dinning at all
Great ambiance as a restaurant, it convert to a club 11pm , music not the greatest and food is below average delay and poor service Ordered there specially dishes ceviche triable Taste and quality I don’t recommend total money scam Will never go back

Best festive restaurant
We had a Grand Prix dinner at Coya. The food was amazing, and the cocktails were simply dreamy! It's the best festive restaurant in the world! Thank you for this memorable experience. We will be back soon! 💥
How not to do ‘club’ dinner…
Paid €1000 for two people for fixed GP dinner Friday late sitting. This place got everything so wrong…within 5 minutes of sitting down the table was full of SIX different courses, it just kept coming,,,too fast and far too much. The quality and presentation was great but to say that restaurant was CHAOTIC would be an understatement. It’s no good bringing six dishes and then never returning to check if it’s ok or if we want more drinks, just waiters and servers barging around everywhere but not actually doing anything? Eventually the table was cleared, the mains were excellent but again just far too much food, it was such a waste. The music was not to our liking initially either but that’s choice. But the final straw is the indoor smoking, no doubt there’s a way round this for them either legally or illegally but come on it’s 2024…if you want the same style food go to Amazonico where we’d been for lunch earlier with exceptional food and service. Coya need to look to Verde in Paris or STK in Ibiza to understand how this should actually be done. Needless to say we didn’t need or want to wait for desserts and despite me telling our waitress twice throughout service how poor it was she did absolutely nothing but of course expected a tip.

What a great place to enjoy delicious food. A great atmosphere, decor is beautiful. The staff is very friendly. When in Monaco, its a must visit.

So private and exclusive
Where you enter the restaurant feels so private and exclusive. Apart from Jimmyz being signposted, you would think you are totally secluded. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty, spoke to using our names and were complimented on the outfits we were wearing. When we arrived at our table which had an amazing view of the ocean, the hostess showed me a pull out drawer from my chair so I had somewhere to out my bag. An amazing touch which made this place really stand out. Our server came quickly to us and offered us the guacamole - a good ploy to get guests to spend more money but having looked on the menu before we arrived, we were going to order it anyway and it showed how good it tasted because it was on nearLy every table. I decided to go a little out my comfort zone and order the salmon which was to die for. A little on the pricier side but it was totally worth it. Would 100% return and recommend and am looking to visit the Mayfair branch on my next London trip because of my experience here. The overall vibe was very relaxing, chill out music playing at a loud but appropriate volume. The restaurant filled quickly with all different types of clientele - children and all which shows how an upmarket restaurant can cater for everyone. The kitchen it open which is always a good sign that you can see your food being prepared and what is going on behind closed doors.

Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* BraveCloth47, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* BraveCloth47 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to BraveCloth47 for any questions Peter may have as BraveCloth47 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* BraveCloth47 now uses their connections at COYA Monte-Carlo Monaco to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If BraveCloth47 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, BraveCloth47 receives the $200 reward which is credited to BraveCloth47's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at COYA Monte-Carlo Monaco!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
